For students and adults
This stage of life is usually characterised by lots of transitions, such as becoming a student, work and relationships. A part of you may feel excited with these responsibilities and expectations, to develop more intimate relationships and explore possibilities. A part of you may feel lost, overwhelmed or empty. You may experience a lack of purpose or a feeling of pointlessness, as often happens during a time of change.
I provide a confidential and thoughtful space where individuals can talk freely about their situation and explore their thoughts and feelings.
