For students and
young adults

This stage of life is usually characterised by lots of transitions, such as leaving school, leaving home, starting work or becoming a student. A part of you may feel excited to take on adult responsibilities and new expectations, develop more intimate relationships and explore future possibilities. A part of you may feel lost or overwhelmed. You may experience a lack of purpose or a feeling of pointlessness, as often happens during a time of change.
I provide a confidential and thoughtful space where individuals can talk freely about their situation and explore their thoughts and feelings.
I work with young adults who are aged 25 and under at the time of the initial meeting, and will continue meeting with over-25s that have already begun sessions.
